How do we quote and work?
You tell us what is happening, and we ask questions about the house and the problem. For most jobs we look at it on site before we give you a number. Phone prices for work nobody has seen are guesses, and we try to avoid them.
Quotes are in writing. They explain what is included, so you can compare them with others. If we find something unexpected, we stop, explain it and agree what happens next before going on.
As advice for any customer, ask every electrician to show their NT electrical licence and proof of insurance, and ask what paperwork you will get when the work is finished.
